Rural Budget Line Item (BLI) Information

The FY23 NOFO has introduced the option for New Projects to request funds under the “Rural” BLI. These funds have some unique eligible activities, like paying for short term emergency lodging. Applicants interested in serving the following parishes may be eligible to receive funds under the Rural BLI:
